  The role is based in a lovely office in Port Melbourne, with free parking and access to public transport. While the preference is five days a week, we will consider candidates looking for four days in the office and one day at home.

ROLE

We’re looking for a creative Marketing Specialist to join the team at Cachia. This role is perfect for someone passionate about digital marketing and who loves connecting with people through creative storytelling. You will manage our social media platforms, design compelling advertising, organise engaging events, and coordinate eye-catching photoshoots.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Social Media Management: Keep our channels lively and engaging, reflecting our brand’s voice and ethos.
• Campaign Creation: Plan and design creative ad campaigns for Meta and Google that capture attention and drive engagement. Work with an external agency to coordinate campaign implementation and reporting.
• Event Planning and Photoshoot Organisation: Coordinate and manage events showcasing our brand and organising photoshoots highlighting our products’ quality and style.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members to brainstorm and execute innovative marketing strategies.
