As the marketing specialist senior or lead on the Integrated Marketing team, you’ll manage the creative development and production of marketing content and advertising. You’ll work with external advertising agencies and internal resources to develop and produce marketing communications across a variety of channels. You’ll also work closely with the business to understand business strategies and make sure marketing strategies are in line with our goals.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma/GED equivalent and a minimum of eight years of related work experience in a marketing role.

• {OR} Bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of five years related work experience in a marketing role.

  Preferred skills

• Worked in advertising agency or led agency or creative team for development of work

• Able to apply consumer insights and research learnings into the creative process
• Demonstrated ability to manage the creative briefing and development process, with limited involvement from manager.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders and manage large projects prioritizing tasks in a high-volume work environment

• Proven abilities with a variety of above-the-line (e.g. TV, Audio, Outdoor) through-the-line (e.g. social, web, experiential / events) and below-the-line (email, digital display, paid search) marketing channels

  Compensation

• $70,000 - $113,200/year depending on position level and experience

• Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
