In the fast-evolving landscapes of roadside assistance, insurance, and banking marketing, you will develop, implement, measure, and report on marketing activities for the RACQ Group.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver marketing campaigns designed to build demand.
- Develop and implement marketing activities.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Ensuring campaign strategies are insight driven and member centric.
- Maintaining a high level of satisfaction with the Marketing and Membership function, managing expectations and communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Providing accurate and timely information to the Marketing, Membership and Digital team and business at all levels, in the form of planning, reporting and campaign analysis.
People:
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to form a deep understanding of business goals and identify strategic marketing opportunities to achieve objectives.
- Work with the Product stakeholders of RACQ Group to ensure that product representation is accurate and compliant and provide insights, campaign reporting and feedback to optimise and improve future marketing activities.
- Work across the team to support the delivery of Marketing and Membership activities to support key strategic projects.
Process:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop a deeper understanding of the competitive market, industry trends, member needs and segment insights to formulate effective strategic marketing plans that deliver upon our business objectives
- Identify the most effective marketing strategies and initiatives to drive brand and product awareness, consideration, and acquisition.
- Contribute to the RACQ Group marketing and digital strategy and development of the annual plan and budget to ensure the achievement of stated objectives
- Coordinate/partner external suppliers (agency, printers, graphic designers, photographers etc) ensuring budgets, policies, quality standards and supplier agreements are upheld.
- Track, measure, report and optimise campaign performance against agreed campaign and business objectives.
