SUMMARY:

As a Marketing Specialist you will be developing, coordinating and executing marketing tactics to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Are you creative and enjoy data analysis? Are you a strategic thinker who can effectively plan and implement marketing campaigns across omni-channels with a strong background in web copywriting. REQUIREMENTS:

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Experience in campaign management and web copywriting is required, preferably within the healthcare technology or SaaS industry.
  • You graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and storytelling is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in HTML/CSS & JavaScript is an asset.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across omni channels.
  • Previous experience in event planning and coordination is preferred.

    Salary Range $60-65

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to support product launch and evergreen marketing campaigns, including marketing objectives and key results (OKRs).
  • Create well written, engaging, web optimized marketing copy, including but not limited to, website copy, social video scripts, press releases and content for other advertising collateral.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, sales enablement, and product management, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding for campaigns.
  • Develop channel specific execution plans for campaigns and project manage associated tasks to ensure the team stays on task, while utilizing existing marketing automation tools put in place to streamline processes, automate campaigns, and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to track campaign performance, measure ROI, identify areas for optimization, and provide regular reporting and updates on marketing activities, results, and insights.
  • Support the development and execution of various events, including project management of webinars as needed.
  • Assist Digital Marketing Specialist with the development of landing pages, email and other marketing assets in HubSpot using WYSIWYG editor.
  • Assist Social Media Specialist with video content planning and execution. May occasionally involve being on-site at the Toronto office to capture video footage.
  • Comply with the privacy, security and confidentiality policies.
