Bridge the gap between marketing and sales, driving product demand and sales in retail environment
Create effective retail marketing strategies to boost product visibility and consumer interest in the highly competitive retail landscape
Plan and execute with best in-class retail merchandising for in-store communication, including costs, planograms, display, placements, asset creations, agency management with support of local merchandisers
Optimize product presentation, promotions, and merchandising in retail channels, ultimately increasing product sales and market share through excellence in in-store planning, execution, and tracking in alignment with marketing priorities
Leading activation programs with channel partners to improve brand visibility
Analyze sales performance, evaluate the efficiencies of brand activities at channel to react with market changes and needs

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, or related qualification
Five or more years of experience in Trade Marketing
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to be able to communicate seamlessly internally and externally
Creative thinking, open-minded and problem solving skill
Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment
Able to multi-task and work under pressure
Strong personality and team player to be able to work with various departments
