What you’ll be doing
You will play an essential role on the Wealth Digital, Marketing & Communications Team, acting as a key support for the Imperial Service and Private Wealth programs to help drive executional excellence. Managing and delivering effective and timely business marketing and social media to support Financial Advisors (FAs), Financial Planning Consultants (FPCs), and act as a back-up for the Private Wealth Social Program lead.
Reporting to the Director, Imperial Service Business Marketing, you will responsible for supporting and delivering effective, timely, compliant and cost-effective advisor and client social media content, and business marketing templates, tools and services to drive deeper FA and FPC engagement with clients. This position will be supporting teams in Private Wealth Investment Strategy and Wealth Strategy, CAM Client Portfolio Managers, Wealth DMC Content teams (CAM, PW, & Imperial Service) &Wealth DMC Business Marketing.

How you’ll succeed

  • Social Media Support- Manage the day-to-day tasks within the social media program, Hearsay content curation, administration of Hearsay access, for both Imperial Service and Private Wealth. Content planning, development, and management, including production and execution to ensure the quality of content for clients and advisors. Ensure all content is accurate and approved by appropriate stakeholders (e.g. legal, compliance, product groups, sales force, management).
  • Business Marketing Support- Manage the ongoing support and refresh of advisory marketing templates and tools with the Imperial Service MyMarketing for Financial Advisors, Financial Planning consultants, and Leadership teams (MVPs, and CGMs. Development, and management, of new client marketing elements and advisor facing toolkits. Ensure all marketing is accurate and approved by appropriate stakeholders (e.g. legal, compliance, product groups, sales force, management).
  • Relationship Management- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across CIBC Wealth Management, as well as legal, compliance, other key business partners and external vendors. Ensure process to obtain regular feedback from stakeholders and incorporate feedback into content development. Monitor industry and competitive environment to proactively identify opportunities for new content. Develop keen understanding of key competitor investment communications and position PWM ISG and CAM to be market-leading.
