The Dirt Company was founded 6 years ago based on the belief that we could make sustainable household products that people could really fall in love with. We use a circular packaging system to deliver high performing laundry products, without creating any waste. We do it all in-house, from our Brunswick Warehouse.
It’s our ability to genuinely deliver on this philosophy that has seen us grow to a team of 11 (and a dog named Cheese), and a customer base of over 100,000 people who now proudly ‘Wash, with Dirt’.
We’re on the hunt for the next member of our team, to join as our go to ‘Marketing Specalist’ - ideally, a great generalist who is obsessed with the ‘art of the sell’. We’re not sticklers for silos, so we really don’t mind which acronym you’re most familiar with; CRO, JPEG, EDM, PR, AOV, v2.1.4, PNG, UX, LTV, AMA, B2C or RR’s. We’d just love to borrow and build on what you’ve learnt to help us build out our marketing function.

REQUIREMENTS

What matters most to us is:

• You care about the planet - our mission matters to you.
• You have 2+ years of marketing experience, and have worked as part of a team that included copywriters, designers or external agencies. It’s important to us that you know what you like, what you’re good at, what you’re looking for and what you can best offer in return.
• You have the hustle and are not afraid to ask the outrageous questions in service of the best outcome.
• You have a degree or an equivalent experience that helps demonstrate a well rounded understanding of the Marketing Function
• You’re based in Melbourne and are available to work at least 3 days per week.
