Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Campaigns Lead this role is responsible for:
- Devise and execute comprehensive strategies focused on enhancing donor loyalty and securing ongoing support.
- Implement initiatives to boost revenue from donors and maximise the lifetime value of regular supporters.
- Develop and execute targeted programs to actively engage individuals utilising our services, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Craft compelling copy and narratives tailored to different audience segments, taking them on meaningful journeys that inspire action and support.
- Lead efforts to encourage donations from new donors and reactivate lapsing supporters.
- Plan and conduct surveys to gather valuable insights from supporters across charity brands.
- Continually learn and implement best practices in marketing automation to optimise donor engagement.
