If this sounds like the place where you would like to grow your career, we are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. Our ideal candidate has experience specifically in marketing lead gen, and is an expert in leveraging data analytics to inform, build, implement, and optimize creative marketing strategies that translate directly to property inquiries, apartment showings, and ultimately, signed leases. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and there is a preference for the candidate to be based on Vancouver Island, however we are open to considering Western Canada, for the right candidate. Occasional travel to the building sites pay be required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Data Analytics and 3 years related working experience in field;
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms;
  • Demonstrated experience in lead generation strategies, lead nurturing campaigns, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to drive qualified leads;
  • Experience proofreading and writing marketing content across a number of platforms, i.e. website copy, blog posts, brochures, virtual tours, videos, and social media content;
  • General fluency and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Light Room, Premier Pro);
  • Ability to adapt goals and work flow to fluctuating company needs and market dynamics;
  • Candidates with proven experience in the real estate and/or development industry will be given special consideration.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing data tracking processes to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and build data models for property management and rent-up activities;
  • Analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization in marketing strategies and tactics, with the goal of developing a replicable marketing framework to lead generation (apartment inquiries), leasing conversions, and tenant retention;
  • Continuously refining marketing strategies based on data-driven feedback and market dynamics;
  • Supporting the Director of Marketing in the development and execution of creative, effective, and data-driven marketing strategies to maximize occupancy for new rental properties;
  • Assisting in the conceptualization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, out of home, and traditional media;
  • Drafting compelling messaging, visuals, and content that resonates with prospective tenants, including video, digital, and print;
  • Assisting with regular reviews/maintenance of marketing materials, i.e. weekly audits of website and brochure documents;
  • Assisting with community outreach and establishing brand partnerships for new buildings under supervision of Director of Marketing;
  • Procuring price quotes for marketing materials and campaigns;
  • Helping to maintain and organize database of marketing assets (prepared materials, building footage, etc.).
