Description:
- $90,000 + Super | Four days in office, one from home

Woods & Co have partnered with a privately owned developer who has experienced an exceptional amount of success over the course of the last 23 years. They currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Marketing Specialist to join their team and further increase their footprint through marketing strategies and various brand activations.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to hit the ground running in an autonomous, highly collaborative role. This is a rare opportunity to showcase your skillset in an independent position with support from the Director and other marketing agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within different departments with mentorship from the director
- Manage CRM systems and listing platforms
- Coordinate and lead creative projects
- Manage agency relationships for business critical initiatives across website, branding, email and all digital content
- Develop and execute new content campaign strategies for all social media platforms & EDMs
- Maintain and update company website
