JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Strategist to join our team at Asure Group, a leading IT solutions provider. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of funnel marketing strategies, preferably with a background in technology, and a keen interest in tech and AI. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts within the IT industry.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing roles, preferably within the technology industry.
• Strong understanding of funnel marketing principles and techniques, with a track record of driving lead generation and conversion.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce).
• Tech-savvy individual with a genuine interest in technology and AI advancements.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and solutions.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive and results-oriented approach to work.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience working with AI technologies or IT solutions.
• Certifications in digital marketing, inbound marketing, or related fields.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with agile marketing methodologies and rapid experimentation frameworks.

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to attract and retain clients within the IT sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, blog posts, and website updates.
• Utilize funnel marketing techniques to optimize lead generation and conversion rates throughout the customer journey.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and AI to inform strategy development.
• Assist in the planning and execution of events, webinars, and conferences to showcase our IT solutions and thought leadership.
• Support sales teams with marketing collateral, presentations, and other materials to facilitate client engagement and conversions.
• Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all marketing communications and materials.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Asure Group, representing our values and solutions with professionalism and enthusiasm.
