JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Strategy Planner will implement and execute an efficient end-to-end marketing process for all Giant Eagle enterprise marketing communication, encompassing offers, promotions, and both paid and owned initiatives.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Experience Required: 1 to 3 years marketing strategy planning, including execution, and comprehensive analysis in dynamic and competitive market environments.
  • Experience with marketing technology, emphasizing the ability to leverage tools for effective campaign execution and optimization. Supporting omnichannel campaigns, with a focus on integrating marketing initiatives across various channels.
  • Education Desired: Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute an effective Marketing planning process – including clear and agreed prioritization criteria/principles, change and conflict management, customer contact/audience needs orchestration, forecasting capacity and resourcing. Help manage the day-to-day, monthly, and annual enterprise marketing calendars to enable cross functional team visibility and alignment on communications across all channels.
  • Ensure end to end marketing processes are followed and made easily accessible, including workflows, RACI, approvals, guidelines, templates, team handshakes, QA/audit, metrics, roll back/recovery.
  • Implement CRM lifecycle campaigns aligned with customer data and overall CRM strategy, to meet program and partner key objectives.
  • Support CRM test & learn process through planning, implementation and
  • measurement based on agreed success criteria.
  • Support ‘continuous improvement’ to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of offers and campaigns over time.
  • Possess knowledge in marketing technology, showcasing the ability to utilize
  • various tools for the seamless execution and optimization of marketing campaigns.
