DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking a Support Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team to be based in our City Centre Birmingham offices. The Support Assistant will play a crucial role in providing administrative and operational support to the Head of Marketing and Communications as well as the broader marketing team.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE
- Excellent IT skills, including experience with MS Teams and Planner.
- Well-organised and meticulous in approach.
- Ability to work quickly, accurately, and to deadlines.
- Proactive approach to assisting with marketing requests.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Administrative experience preferred.
- Proven ability in literacy and numeracy.
- Enthusiastic attitude and approach to work.
- Reliable, dependable, and adaptable to change.
- Ability to recognise confidential information and treat it appropriately.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Marketing and Communications and the marketing team.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and accommodation.
- Manage the marketing team calendar and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
- Handle requests for marketing support from across the firm.
- Coordinate with external providers and suppliers as needed.
- Maintain and update the team’s online planner.
- Assist with cross-region coordination of work and monitoring of turnaround time.
- Prepare statistical information regarding the performance of the marketing team.
- Support the marketing team across various disciplines as required.
- Manage and utilise all software used within the firm effectively.
