We currently have an opening for a Marketing Support Coordinator - 9 Month Contract, come grow with us!
Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, the Marketing Support Coordinator will support the Marketing Communications team by efficiently executing administrative tasks. Specifically, this role will assist in the management of marketing tools in the areas of lead management, pricing, and customer support as well as general reporting duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Support product team on day-to-day activities:
  • Support in the revision of buying group contracts.
  • Extract roughly 20 sales reports monthly from the system and integrate them into customized Excel templates. Utilize pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions to filter out specific product data, conducting a thorough review for accuracy. Proficiency in Excel and a keen attention to detail are essential for this responsibility.
  • Distribute monthly sales reports to select partners and associations.
  • Post reports to internal SharePoint site.
  • Compile year-end rebate reports and review with the accounting team to ensure readiness for year-end payouts.
  • Management of literature fulfillment site and literature inventory levels.
  • Coordinate the printing of literature and trade show materials with local vendors.
  • Assist with ordering and organization of promotional items.
  • Manage E-Portal (quotations tool) user accounts including set-up and deactivation and respond to E-Portal help requests and work with IT as needed for troubleshooting.
