The Role & What You Will Be Doing
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Team Administrator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating meetings, both internally and externally, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow within the marketing department. This role is critical in supporting our sales & marketing initiatives and enhancing team productivity.
Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Marketing Team Administrator (6 month fixed term contract) role will make an impact:
- Schedule and organize meetings for the marketing team, including internal team meetings, client meetings, and external partner meetings. LCM lead & CVENT management.
- Maintain and manage calendars for the marketing team, ensuring there are no scheduling conflicts and that all meetings are efficiently organized.
- Act as the primary point of contact for meeting arrangements, sending out invitations, confirming attendance, and coordinating any changes.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, meeting minutes, and relevant materials prior to meetings. Ensure all necessary documents and information are available for participants.
- Arrange meeting logistics such as booking meeting rooms, organizing refreshments, and setting up any required technology or equipment. Supplier relations management.
- Track action items and follow up on deliverables from meetings to ensure timely completion.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including handling correspondence, managing documentation, and assisting with special projects as needed.
About Your Skills & Experience
For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a marketing or corporate environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Attributes:

- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
