The role
- Coordinate and actively contribute to achieving the strategic and operational objectives of the Brand, Communications & Marketing division outlined in annual operational plans.
- Engage with crucial stakeholders such as donors, supporters, and volunteers to advance overarching marketing goals.
- Spearhead the creation and execution of marketing initiatives in line with the strong branding and marketing guidelines.
- Manage and mentor a small team of marketing professionals focused on the events and social media campaigns.
About you
- Demonstrated background in creating effective end-to-end marketing campaigns for corporate entities.
- Track record of managing demanding workloads amidst competing priorities.
- Proven capability to thrive in dynamic settings, navigate complexity, instigate change, and oversee continuous improvement projects.
- The ability to work across traditional and digital marketing strategies and technologies.
- You possess strong leadership capabilities and have experience in conflict resolution.
