Fixed Term, full-time contract until August 2025, optional locations (Bokarina or Cannon Hill - travel occasionally required)

• Drive awareness and growth of CSG brand and services through effective marketing strategies.
• Deliver a business partnering approach for CSG leaders and key stakeholders.
• Oversee advertising, research, product, and promotional activity, in line with agreed timeframes and budget/forecast.
• Oversee content strategy, including sourcing content ideas, content capture, and leveraging content for use across multiple paid and unpaid channels.
• Oversee CSG social media channels, including community management.
• Coordinate all promotional activities and manage inputs from all stakeholders.
• Develop and implement effective marketing dashboards and reports that inform customer behaviour as well as campaign performance.
