Job Description

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Extensive technical knowledge of digital gained from development, product or digital environments.
  • Technical application management in a large corporate environment. Management of cloud-based server technology, e.g. AWS. Adobe Suite of products, including AEM, would be beneficial
  • Ticket creation, refinement and briefing
  • Supplier and stakeholder management
  • Agile and Lean methodologies, including sprint planning and management
  • Line management of technical and non-technical team members

Responsibilities:

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a Marketing Technology Lead with a strong technical understanding of digital, to ensure the smooth development and maintenance of our UK&I B2B applications and environments. Working with a variety of systems and requirements, the Marketing Technology Lead will ensure work is delivered at pace, in line with business structures and working practices. The right person for this role will be comfortable working in a large organisation, with responsibility for a wide range of systems and communication with a variety of stakeholders. We’re looking for someone who will take pride in delivering to a plan and keeping our systems working well, whilst handling the inevitable urgent asks and needs driven by external factors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own UK platforms used by the digital team, ensuring these are secured and maintained in line with all internal Experian requirements, and that documentation is up to date and accurate.
  • Own all change management and onboarding activities relating to all our platforms to ensure acceptable accessibility and reliability.
  • Hold and build key relationships with technical functions across Experian to ensure credibility with technical peers. Own the relationship with key digital suppliers, including annual risk assessments and onboarding of new suppliers.
  • Manage our cookie & data management activities to ensure we’re adhering to all required standards, including with our third-party suppliers.
  • Combine all asks from stakeholders to create and document a prioritised development roadmap. Ensure high quality ticket creation in relation to development opportunities and responsible for ticket refinement sessions (to be owned by product owner).
