Description:

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (OR TECHNICAL SKILLS)

  • Experience implementing and managing marketing technology platforms to deliver personalised marketing communications across email, SMS, web and app push. Braze preferred but not essential.
  • Demonstrated understanding of core eCommerce and martech technologies with the ability to communicate effectively with business, marketing, data, development and technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of advertising technology landscape including DSPs, Ad servers, Digital Analytics & Tag Management
  • Proven experience of using analytics and data to drive user experience and business decision making and advanced skills with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Proficient in data management and integration, with experience in data governance and privacy regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills and developed ability to both manage and work directly with stakeholders.

  • Possess the ability to apply strategic and innovative thinking to generate creative marketing solutions beyond the realm of standard practices.
  • Experience in CRM and digital technologies and integration of platforms.

  • Good understanding of HTML/CSS (including email code compatibility between different email clients) and a strong understanding of SQL and/or databases
  • Experience working with project tracking and team collaboration software such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • An understanding of the live entertainment and/or ticketing industry
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape
  • Ability to confidently present materials in an open internal forum
  • Executive or Senior Manager in Marketing, digital or product

Responsibilities:

  • Work together with marketing and engineering teams to implement Braze integration, managing the project from a marketing aspect ensuring the data integration is mapped out clearly and covers all marketing requirements to ensure top priorities are met within the first 6 months of the integration.
  • Work together with product and engineering teams to implement cookie less server side tracking.
  • Work together with product and engineering teams to implement self-service tracking tools for clients, which will enable our partners to update standard tracking across their event pages.
  • Implement GA4 tracking updates with the engineering teams and maintain Google Tag Manager inline with Ticketmaster global standards driving efficiencies and reporting alignment.
  • Assist the marketing team in the creation of automation capabilities for Moshtix omni-chanel marketing campaigns within Braze, as well as create automation templates which can be rolled out for client use.
  • Update and manage client tracking scripts and processes across the Moshtix website along with continued maintenance of Moshtix Google Tag Manager instance.
  • Assist product and engineering teams to drive Moshtix SEO improvements.
  • Develop custom reports and provide interpretation and presentation of martech related findings.
  • Work together with the engineering team to ensure data feeds are maintained and optimised and any new data feeds are implemented in a timely manner.
  • Drive ambitious projects to develop best in class marketing capability/personalisation.
  • Help drive digital marketing transformation throughout the business and across clients.
  • Look for innovative ways to present Moshtix’s technology stack to prospecting clients and industry.
