Marketplace Business Functional Specialist

Do you want to help improve and optimize Danske Banks digital marketplace for our corporate customers and have a huge impact on Danish society?
We are an agile team working with digital self-service ordering within the bank enabling our business customers to explore and find digital solutions to help them with their everyday banking needs.
We are a highly motivated and diverse group, covering everything from IT to business development and user experience. We are looking for a new business specialist to help drive the continued scaling of our current digital sales capabilities in Danske Bank and push the status quo, as well as facilitate and enable work in the squad.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

We can offer different seniority levels for this position, yet experience from a similar role is expected. Moreover, experience with organisational implementations, digital transformation, e-commerce, and the banking industry can significantly help you to thrive in this role.

The role comprises of variety of tasks, presenting a healthy split between routine and ad-hoc, sometimes unexpected assignments. You can expect your responsibilities to include:

• Scale and maintain solutions for our Nordic markets.
• Help deliver on assessments and obtain approvals for new solutions.
• Prototyping and testing of new development.
• Internal and external stakeholder management.
• Organisational implementation.

• Collaboration with IT to build cool digital features.Help the product owner drive agile ceremonies.
