• Respond to all incoming chat inquiries through various marketplace platforms, each with its own KPI for response times.
• Manage marketplace operations and optimize sales performance.
• Contact potential new customers with offers through marketplace chat.
• Provide customers with product knowledge and company product pricing information.
• Invite customers to make purchases by sharing ongoing campaigns through chat.
• Handle customer complaints efficiently.
• Minimum education of an Associate Degree (D3) in any field.
• Experience working as a marketplace customer service representative, with knowledge of customer service chat operations such as order management and product knowledge.
• Experience in the FMCG or personal care industry is a plus.
• Strong written communication skills with a positive tone.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt to various customer personalities.
• Fast response time, attention to detail, and willingness to work in shifts.
• Hybrid work arrangement (one day per week in the office).
