JOB SUMMARY:

NativePath is seeking a Marketplace Project Coordinator to join our Marketplace Team! This role will be pivotal in helping to manage our marketplace projects. This team member will drive the quality assurance, report building, data feed maintenance, organization, task management, and project coordination of NativePath marketplace and expansion projects. The department is growing, and we expect this team member to directly support our marketplace expansions, monitor inventory, projects, SoP Building, be the PoC for the department, and join all marketplace calls with account representatives and take detailed notes. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in Project Management or Project Coordination
  • Some familiarity with technology structures, languages, and frameworks, i.e., HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Node.JS, Python, etc. is preferred
  • Use Project management tools or Kanban boards (Asana, Monday, GDrive)
  • Excellent task management, task tracking and task organizational skills
  • Analytical and organized with knowledge of Google Sheets and excel to present data
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and precision in maintaining accurate data and work
  • Experience in creating SoPs, training documents, and delivering training
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey information to all levels of the organization.
  • Able to discern and identify key areas of inefficiencies or deficiencies and have the skill to improve.
  • Have excellent initiative to start, maintain and complete all work and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Cross-departmentally collaborate and support the marketing team across all of the marketing platforms for the products and monitor the performance
  • Be the PoC for the department and organize all notes, tasks, requests
  • Manage all projects and project boards for the department, creating and assigning projects, updating tasks and projects, time management (Asana, Monday)
  • Assist with report building, data analysis and presentation for the department
  • Support the entire marketplace and e-commerce team’s efforts in growth.
  • Work closely with marketplace and e-commerce technology keeping track of implementations of new marketplaces, projects, error resolutions, and/or software implementations
  • Identify key areas of improvement, market and SEO research, in order to help improve our customer experience and build our brand.
  • Create and maintain performance metrics and reports for the marketplace team.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining SoPs and pieces of training for new team members in the marketplace department
  • Generate reports and provide data analysis for all our marketplace growth tests and initiatives.
  • Help maintain and update calendars, sheets, visuals on marketplaces
  • Maintain all products on all marketplaces, i.e., creating cases, gathering documents, and providing resolutions to marketplaces
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Support all areas of E-commerce operations
