KEY CAPABILITIES:

  • Proficient understanding with respect to the role of various marketing automation technologies (Adobe Experience Cloud Suite, Google Marketing Platform Suite, Adobe Target)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong relationship and influencing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to challenge the status quo to ensure implementation is following best practice.
  • Proficient knowledge of workflow & knowledge management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Able to translate and communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Strong organisation skills to manage a broad range of responsibilities and priorities.
  • Able to form virtual teams & lead projects.

Responsibilities:

The Martech Lead is accountable for leading the implementation & operations of Marketing Technology capabilities, working in partnership with the wider Brand & Customer Experience areas to ensure teams are enabled through fit-for-purpose technology to enable and achieve marketing targets.
This is achieved by ensuring governance over the design & configuration of technology, leading subsequent projects and/or BAU activities that maintain & enhance the technology stack. This role also focuses on advancing Brand & Customer Experience towards a data maturity & compliance target state, achieved by completing activities on the data maturity roadmap.
