Responsibilities:
THE KEY ASPECTS OF THIS ROLE INCLUDE:
- Day to day management of the database
- Respond to queries in the inbox (actioning all items as per KPI’s)
- Importing Custom Data
- Re-rating monthly/semi-annual rate changes
- DocuSign Administration
- Monthly Red Park Cable Newsletter
- Monthly import of ETS customers and balances
- General database support
- Ensuring integrity of database and providing necessary support other branches
- Ad hoc tasks, project work, providing staff training, training documentation
We are looking for someone with experience in a similar fast paced role as a Master Data Analyst.
You will have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Strong excel skills
Experience with MS Dynamics is a plus
