  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or System profile (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-3 years of experience in Information systems or Accounts receivable/ payable, Customer service
  • SAP experience preferred.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, specifically in Excel.
  • Knowledge of Master Data Management is a plus.
  • Fluent in English - verbal and written
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and the ability to talk to all levels of the organization.
  • Strong team player, work collaboratively and support colleagues.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing operational environment.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Master Data Coordinator, you will join our GBS Master Data Services team based in Lisbon, focusing on the Vendor and Customer domains. You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our data standards and ensuring strong and efficient governance processes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Master Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Create, maintain and delete master data accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining records related to vendors and customers.
  • Perform data validation to ensure data quality
  • Coordinate with relevant departments and business functions to ensure accurate data collection and processing
  • Communicate changes to relevant stakeholders
  • Document business processes for related master data and ensure processes are followed accordingly
  • Participate in and/or provide input to relevant networks to improve the master data process and support agreed activities
  • Support others with master data expertise by providing master data process trainings
  • Provide data to support related analysis
  • Work within the ticketing system, solving issues and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
