• The Current State (AS-IS)
• Identify and record the business needs and challenges at our customers across sectors, industries, and organisations.
• Developing the initial data model together with our Solution Architect
• Facilitating workshops for instance regarding customer system integrations as-is vs. to-be.
• Provide Best Practice (TO-BE)
• Leading the customers during development of the future data model
• Ensure engagement and commitment during edits and reviews of requirements, specifications, etc. of the future solution.
• Configure the MDM-platform: we work in different platforms however often with the Stibo Systems STEP platform.
• Change Management initiatives
• Support the rest of the Astrocytia Team in regard to Project and Change Managements activities to ensure customers satisfaction and close relationships
