What you’ll do OPERATIONAL • Develop and maintain the organization’s master data ownership, procedures for data governance, data quality, and data management. • Oversee the maintenance and consistency of master data related to a smooth supply chain execution • Develop and implement data quality checks and controls to ensure that master data is consistent and accurate across all systems and applications. • Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to master data, such as data completeness, accuracy, and timeliness. • Contribute to the implementation of new data management technologies and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of master data management. • Continuously evaluate and improve the organization’s master data management processes to ensure that they are efficient, effective, and scalable. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, supply chain, factories, product marketing, order desk, finance, and sales, to ensure that master data is accurate, complete, and up to date. PEOPLE • Provide leadership and mentorship to data management professionals. Your qualifications SKILLS & EXPERIENCE • At least 3 years of experience in a Supply Chain domain • Supply Chain expertise in the order to delivery processes • Knowledge of Master Data architecture and usage in the various systems • Strong Excel and data manipulation skills • A rigorous, detail-oriented specialist with a focus on speed and accuracy • Good people skills that grant the capacity to communicate well and involve diverse stakeholders • Solution oriented, problem-solving mindset. • Strong Analytical skills • Takes ownership wherever functional owners are unclear, drives through quickly to a commonly accepted solution What you’ll get in return… We’re offering multiple opportunities for career development, like mentoring, coaching and stretch assignments, with strong international exposure for dynamic profiles.
