  • Experience from similar role in master-data, data management or supply chain role.
  • High level of organization and good time management.
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines and complete tasks with high degree of accuracy.

Responsibilities:

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

We are looking for a motivated team player to the Supply Chain team in our lovely Copenhagen office. You will be part of a very diverse team with 9 different nationalities, covering a broad area of supply chain such as: Planning, Logistics, Warehouse, New Product Introduction, Customer Service, E-commerce, Data & Systems.

WHAT ARE THE KEY OBJECTIVES AND EXPECTATIONS FROM THIS ROLE?

  • To support the business with accurate master data creation and maintenance for correct and smooth business processes.
  • Leading the purchase management process for banderols across multiple categories.
  • Ensure correct and accurate reporting such as environmental reports, registration in external systems etc.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Build and maintain master data for stock keeping units according to BAT standard.
  • Be the point of contact for Nordics master-data across multiple categories, ensuring adherence to the process and overall data quality.
  • Support new product introduction process by creating the master data for new items on time in full.
  • Manage banderols purchase and return process to ensure their availability at factories for production.
  • Support with data for external reporting related to item registration and environmental reports.
  • Identify issues and solving routes on ad hoc.
