Responsibilities:
THE MASTER SCHEDULER ROLE CAN BE CONDUCTED FROM MELBOURNE, ADELAIDE, BRISBANE OR CHATSWOOD.
In your one-year contract Master Scheduler role for Maxxia and RemServ (GRS), you will be responsible for maintaining a digital resource and capacity plan for the business, which is used by the leadership team and business partners to actively manage and prioritise key in excess of 30 projects and initiatives across the business. You will keep this schedule current, working with project leads of projects, administrative staff and key technical teams to present to the ELT on a regular basis current findings, budget and developments.
The Master Schedule will also manage and coordinate the ‘scrum of scrums’ approach to weekly operating rhythm, underpinned by the master schedule to highlight key issues and dependencies which may put at risk key initiatives, and then work with stakeholders to managed capacity and resourcing and facilitate prioritisation discussions with the Maxxia and RemSErv leadership team and business partners.
