Material and Logistic Coordinator

UGL Telecommunications is seeking a process driven Logistics and Warehouse coordinator to join our team in Tullamarine, VIC.
This role will involve supporting our Warehouse manager and the wider team in ensuring inventory aligns with the forecast and current work requirements.

About You

• Support the Warehouse & Logistics Manager by assisting in managing third-party logistics and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to align material availability with project needs.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels and accuracy.
• Handle order processing to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the SAP system.
• Assist in managing the fleet to ensure it meets operational needs.
• Maintain Transactions for Stock Movements by using SAP
• Coordinate offshore data entry activities (where required) to maintain up-to-date system records.
