Material & Logistic Coordinator (m/f/d)

For one of our clients projects we are currently looking for a

• Monitoring supply chain and shipment of the material to be received
• Reviewing and maintaining the material list indicating information such as request on site, expected day of departure from supplier and expected date of arrival
• Preparing local purchase orders to supply site requirements
• Planning and coordinating the offloading of received material
• Managing the warehouse following requirements
• Verifying if package of material meets transport specifications
• Preparing documents for the insurance claim in case of damages
• Verifying the packing list and purchase order and issuing the report to the procurement department in case of any discrepancies
• Maintaining the inventory data base
• Planning and coordinating with sub-contractors
