Come and join us as Material Quality Assurance Senior Specialist at Infineon Cegléd.
You will play a crucial role in investigating and resolving raw material issues and ensuring continuous production. This role involves conducting risk assessments, managing costs, and participating in quality improvement processes.

In your new role, you will:

  • Investigate raw material-related issues coming from incoming inspection, production, and customer complaints, analyze the problem and organize measurements if necessary;
  • Handle raw material quality problems efficiently and in a timely manner to ensure continuous production (e.g. liaising with external service providers);
  • Collect all data in case of supplier-related quality problem and prepare a documentation package and forward it to the responsible Supplier Quality Manager ;
  • Organize and coordinate Risk Assessment meetings in case of raw material issues;
  • Support Risk Assessments in case of transfers, new material, and new supplier introduction;
  • Support the new product release process (PPAP) by organizing the necessary measurement activities;
  • Coordinate the blocking and releasing processes of raw materials and tracks the actual blocked stock;
  • Start Material Review Board (MRB) process in case of raw material issues;
  • Be responsible for and actively take part in raw material-related 8Ds , take part in transfer projects , and execute related tasks.

You manage your performance consistently and reliably. You have strong communication skills and the know-how to establish lasting relationships and networks. You can clarify areas of responsibility, coordinate your work with your colleagues, and regularly share your insights with the team. Moreover, you analyze complex situations and manage a detailed evaluation of a problem to come up with precise solutions.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • University/college degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a specialization in a technical field would be an advantage;
  • At least 3 years of experience - a background in Quality field within a production site would be an advantage;
  • Knowledge in quality tools such as 8D would be a plus;
  • An analytical mindset with an understanding of complex technical processes ;
  • Fluency in Hungarian , intermediate level of English – Germanwould be a plus .
