Headquartered in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, and with a site in Mirabel, Quebec, we operate in more than 150,000 sq feet of facilities dedicated to operations, manufacturing and administration.
The Material Review Board (MRB) Team Lead oversees the assessment and disposition of non-conforming materials, parts, or products within the MRB process. They oversee the MRB team, make final disposition decisions, assist in problem-solving, ensure compliance with quality standards, provide training and development to team members and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Material Review Board (MRB) process, which includes the creation of non-conformances, storage, assessment, and disposition.
  • Manage and lead the MRB team to ensure timely disposition of non-conformances and provide any training or development to improve team performance.
  • Review, analyze and report on quality discrepancies related to product produced or procured to ensure company goals and targets are achieved.
  • Ensure that performance and quality of products conform to established company, customer, and regulatory standards.
  • Interface with Production, Programs, Engineering, Supply Chain, customers, vendors, and subcontractor representatives to ensure requirements are met.
  • Provide input into Continuous Improvement or Corrective Action Processes based on data analysis.
