Description:

CAREERS THAT CHANGE LIVES

In this role, you will be part of the IHS (Integrated Health Solution) on-site team to deliver all aspects of the managed services at Catharina Ziekenhuis Eindhoven (CZE). Our offering to create value for the client covers the execution of materials management of all materials needed for specified procedures in the Heart Center working area. It is an exciting workplace with new challenges every day, to ensure patients get their treatment. This position requires a ‘hands-on’ mentality in front-facing the client and includes working with a variety of key client stakeholders such as clinical staff and hospital departments.
Change your career to exploration, innovation, and championing healthcare access and equity for all. Join a healthcare technology company that alleviates pain, restores health, and extends life for more than two people every second.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a Materials Management Analyst, You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the logistics processes of ordering, receiving, storing, and registering usage on-site for all products and suppliers in scope.
  • Managing inventory best-in-class and at the lowest costs possible, with a great focus on short UBD (Use-By-Date) management, whilst no procedure gets canceled due to missing materials.
  • Communicating and working effectively with all key internal and external stakeholders (department management, physicians, nurses, admin staff)
  • Ensuring that our inventory management system settings and master data are correctly maintained to drive processes.
  • Looking for ways to improve our own processes and to create (more) value for our clients.
