Key Responsibilities :

• To drive people engagement across the Planning function to keep people safe, engaged and focused to deliver against the site’s strategy.
• Pro-actively manage and prioritise the daily workload of the Planners, communicating actions to relevant stakeholders to achieve KPIs in line with expectations.
• To provide an efficient and cost effective plan to all areas of the business relating to materials and packaging.
• To manage relationships with suppliers and work in a timely manner with technical teams on any non conformances raised. Reviewing Supplier performance with the team and developing a relationship with the supply base to mitigate shortages to our customers.
• Work closely with Intake and Despatch teams to maximise utilisation on site whilst monitoring stock levels and customer service (internal and external)
• To develop, manage and report a set of KPI’s against which the department can be monitored and improvements measured
