What will you be doing:

  • Manage the team: manage people KPI’s and keep the people cycle alive
  • Managing operations (material availability) and process improvement of the Materials Requirements routines in Western Europe.
  • Managing the network stocks of packaging materials per category in Western Europe in order to guarantee and deliver the best services to our customers to be on time at the right place.
  • Should have initiative and actively collaborate with Procurement, Brewery Operations, Quality, Logistics Operations, Innovations, Technology Development department on problem solving and elaborating opportunities.
  • Is responsible for materials requirement alignment and material forecast availability in the network by leverage per region, and balancing out resources.
  • Is responsible to act as a problem solver and is responsible for implementation of business changes while maximizing customer satisfaction by balancing production efficiency & stocks in the network.
  • Will lead the Materials Resource Planning (MRP) process - changes in specific categories, in close collaboration with local procurement and other departments, to ensure appropriate SLA’s with material suppliers.
  • Is responsible for the materials budget preparation in specific categories (year +1+2+3). Provide analysis, projections and reports on availability, spend and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to enable the Western Europe MRP organization to ensure availability at lowest landed Capex and Opex spend.
  • Develop and coach your team members to drive results and engagement.

What you’ll bring:
