Job Description
In this role, you have the opportunity to
be at the forefront of driving transformation and operational excellence within a dynamic and cross-functional team.

Your role:

  • Improve Operational Materials Management (OMM) processes through advanced digital tools, driving sustainable solutions that remove barriers and enhance operational effectiveness
  • Leverage tools to uncover opportunities in material availability, improving key performance indicators and boosting overall business performance
  • Promote continuous improvement using LEAN methodologies and Philips Excellence Practices
  • Ensure precise and timely daily/weekly/monthly reporting cadences
  • Manage local and global projects focused on driving efficiency and alignment across diverse functions
  • Act as a change agent for transformation initiatives
  • Conduct ad hoc reporting to support dynamic business needs

You are the right fit if:

  • Hold a university degree or an equivalent job certification
  • Have a strong interest in Medtech and products that enhance patient outcomes
  • Love using data to solve complex problems and create significant business impacts
  • Demonstrate fundamental knowledge in SAP and have hands-on experience with Excel (various charts) and data visualization tools like Power BI and QlikView.
  • Enjoy connecting data with solutions to drive improvements
  • Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
  • Want to work within a diverse, engaged, and cross-functional team-oriented culture that embraces transformation to improve customer satisfaction
  • Fluent in English and German
