MATHEMATICS TEACHER

Job Title: Mathematics Teacher Salary/ Rate: £150 – £220 per day Location: Manchester
Are you a Mathematics Teacher with experience teaching up to Key Stage 4?
MILK Education are currently recruiting for a Mathematics Teacher to join a reputable Secondary School in the Manchester area. The role will involve working within a large mathematics department teaching from Key Stage 3 through to Key Stage 4. This role will focus massively on working with pupils in Key Stage 4 and preparing pupils for their GCSE’s.
The school has over 800 pupils on role and has a sixth form on site which caters for an additional 100 pupils.
We are looking for candidates who have an excellent teaching manner, strong classroom management and the willingness to conduct the full teaching cycle at all times.
The role is due to start from September 2024 and will continue for the full academic year. The school are also open to employing ECT’s.

• Hold a relevant teaching qualification with QTS, such as a PGCE, B.Ed or a BA Hons.
• Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident.
• Have at least 6 months school based experience of working in a UK Secondary School setting.
• Two suitable references covering the last 2 years.
• Hold a current DBS that is registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
