We are exclusively representing one of the world’s oldest luxury leather goods and accessory brands, supporting them as they open their new flagship boutique in the heart of Mayfair.
As a Sales Associate, you will be representing the elegant, mysterious, and exclusive brand across this new store. You must be an enthusiastic, dynamic individual who loves what you do on the shop floor, selling and cultivating relationships with clients. You’ll think outside of the box and be one step ahead of your client’s expectations, going above and beyond.
The new boutique will be four times the size of their current London flagship, will have VIP Client rooms, and lots more space to showcase some of the most desirable collections that are exclusively available in London. Therefore, working and delivering outstanding, world-class service under pressure is something you must be used to!

The Role:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and taking pride in developing long-term relationships and reaching CRM targets.
  • Personalising reach-out campaigns to complete CRM tasks.
  • Knowing your portfolio of customers.
  • Offering excellent customer service and delivering strong business performance.
  • Uses all omnichannel services available to grow sales.
  • Consistently works to achieve given sales, KPIs, and CRM targets.
  • Is aware of the local trading environment and competitors’ activities.
  • Ensures impeccable store environment, BOH, and grooming at all times, supporting colleagues and managers.

Your Package + Perks:

  • Basic salary of up to £29,000 depending on your level of experience
  • Team Commission and individual commission on high price point items sold (paid monthly)
  • Lunch Vouchers worth £1,000 a year.
  • Half of your travel paid for.

  • Sundays off as the store is closed.
