At Dassault Systèmes EURONORTH, we are delighted to announce the launch of the 2024 Industry Process Consultant Graduate Program, a key development program for talent of the future in technical business roles.
Location: Stockholm / Gothenburg
Start date: Full Time from 2nd September 2024
Length: Permanent (initial 12 months will align to our Graduate Program)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • We are seeking enthusiastic, proactive and highly motivated candidates with a recent Bachelors degree (showcasing Model Based System Engineering / MBSE modules studied).
  • Assimilate information quickly with the ability to manage specific tasks with focus and motivation while working in a dynamic team environment, having the confidence to question the current thinking.
  • Provide a high level of communication to key stakeholders, confidence in presenting, holding meetings, and working directly in a customer environment.
  • Comfortable learning new technologies and approaches; keen to find innovative ways to apply our software solutions to tackle some of the world’s greatest sustainability challenges.
  • Well-organised and structured.
  • Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable.

Responsibilities:

  • Whilst you will be hired into a permanent position, the initial 12 months will be spent in alignment with our Graduate Program, which provides an exciting opportunity for you to work with internal teams and customers on specific projects across a broad range of industries and product brands; give you the opportunity to broaden your horizons, getting up to speed and learning from our inspiring talent!
  • You will be embedded into experienced project teams working on engagements with leading customers and will be mentored by senior staff.
  • You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity in a variety of customer-facing projects.
  • You will receive training on our core product brands; CATIA, DELMIA, ENOVIA and SIMULIA, as well as access to our extensive catalogue of training.
  • After successfully completing the program, you will have the opportunity to move into one of the technical teams and to continue your career in this exciting and innovative company, where you will develop your technical, business and leadership skills.
  • You will become a specialist in our class leading Model Based Systems Engineering software, learning from our domain experts, to help define and shape the MBSE approach being adopted by our major clients
