Position Overview:

As a MRI Contract Intelligence consultant you’ll be working with our exiting AI products. You’ll be constantly challenged with new opportunities and new assignments. But some of the typical tasks include:

  • Onboard clients to the Contract Intelligence platform.
  • Assist a customer with setting up the application.
  • Work with a customer to understand and document their business requirements.
  • Work with global teams to deliver abstraction services.
  • Provide updates on project progress and abstraction.
  • Create custom exports of data for client reporting.
  • Work with product team to enhance current solutions.
  • Assist with developing online training courses.
  • Be voice of client during implementation process.
  • Transition client to global support team.

Knowledge and Skills:

Education

  • Qualification: B. Com (university degree), or BSc (Hons), Property Studies or similar degree
