Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Meat Manager, the Meat Clerk/Meat Cutter is responsible for delivering world-class Guest service; packaging and pricing cuts of meat, poultry and seafood; merchandising and displaying packaged meat; maintaining department cleanliness/sanitation and housekeeping standards.
