Description:
Duties of the Meat Department Clerk include:
- Wrapping Pork, Chicken, and Beef with the wrapper
- Using a CryoVac Machine
- Cooking whole chickens and pieces in the oven/rotisserie. (Food Safe preferred)
- Stocking Deli and Frozen goods, as well as the meat case itself
- Date checking and checking for product integrity
- Cleaning and Sanitizing the Meat Dept at the end of the day
