The Role You Could Play
We are looking for a passionate team member to help lead our MECCA Casuarina store in NT as a Zone Manager (PPT 35).
Our Zone Managers support the management team to deliver an exceptional customer experience by being responsible for the customers and products in their zone. In this role, you’ll work with Hosts, Specialists, and other Zone Managers to create the ultimate customer experience by upholding the MECCA values and consequently enabling customers to look and feel their best. You will work closely with your Floor and Store Managers to build a highly effective team that can provide our customers with the most MECCA-mazing in-store experience.

Some of the key responsibilities of the Zone Managers include:

  • Helping customers with all queries and offering desirable solutions
  • Communicating with fellow Zone Managers to navigate customers seamlessly between zones
  • Working with team members to ensure we can provide customers with a quality customer experience
