As we prepare to open the highly anticipated MECCA Dunedin store, we are looking for a customer focused Assistant Store Manager to join us. If you would like to experience the MECCA magic, and join our growing team, then we would love to hear from you!
Our Assistant Store Managers typically work on a Sunday-Thursday rotation.

  • Support the Store Manager in leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Lead from the front; drive success in your store through ongoing training, mentoring and providing feedback to build a highly effective team
  • Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values

  • Prior experience managing a large format retail environment where you inspire and educate large teams
