We are looking for the ultimate MECCA Brands ambassador who is passionate about leading and educating, to run our Beauty Lab in our Mecca Karrinyup store in WA, on a part-time basis at 29 hours per week.
You will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience is delivered for all of our MECCA-Mazing customers through the Beauty Lab services. Whether you are currently in a Zone Manager position and are excited by the opportunity to drive the Beauty Lab as the ‘beating heart’ of the store, or you are looking for your first leadership position and are passionate about building this experiential service as MECCA’s unique, winning point of difference- we want to hear from you!

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Ensuring Beauty Lab classes run smoothly and in line with expectations (i.e. number of classes per day, hours given to store for Beauty Lab)
  • Booking and recruiting customers for workshops, events, services and promotions and assisting in the successful delivery of these
  • Fostering team commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Building and maintaining your team’s engagement and motivation towards Beauty Lab
  • Compliance and Store Operations, including monthly tester and supply audits as well as flagging any maintenance issues using the appropriate processes.
  • Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in your store

What success looks like in this role:

  • Ensuring Beauty Lab classes run smoothly and in line with expectations (i.e. number of classes per day, hours given to store for Beauty Lab)
  • Booking and recruiting customers for workshops, events, services and promotions and assisting in the successful delivery of these
