We are constantly growing and currently looking for a skilled mechanic to join our team as an Assembly Technician

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Be able to work in group settings on large projects and follow the direction of the project leader(s)
  • Be able to work independently on smaller projects
  • Be able to read and understand schematics (hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical)/shop drawings
  • Be able to work alone with little supervision to trouble shoot, diagnose and service a wide range of hydraulic equipment
  • Be able to set up components on test bench and interpret and record test results
  • Should be familiar with hydraulic circuits and use of test equipment (e.g. flow meter)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post-Secondary training: Mechanical and/or hydraulic background
  • 5+ years related experience
  • Drilling exp. is an asset
  • Hydraulic/Electrical exp. is an asset
  • High School graduate, Grade 12
  • Safety training, safe work habits
  • Good communication skills
  • Minimum class 5 driver’s license
  • Valid passport
  • Personal tools
