THIS IS WHAT YOUR JOB WILL INVOLVE:

Provide mechanical services in a Bridgestone retail store.
Implement pre-determined mechanical service programmes as directed.
Provide on-the-job training to selected subordinate personnel as required to ensure that they fully understand the mechanical processes and procedures.
Work autonomously with minimum supervision with regard to all mechanical services matters.
Develop and implement work schedules as needed.
Ensure that all mechanical services undertaken meet a high standard of workmanship as set by the company
Represent Bridgestone in a professional manner.
Inspect products and/or materials for conformity with established operational standards.
Extensive customer interaction and communication for job costings, delivery estimates, work performed and sales opportunities.
Actively conduct sales solicitation and maximise sales opportunities.
Perform other duties as directed.
Actively work with and report to the Store Manager and National Support Office personnel to maximise mechanical service portion of the store operation.
.Support and assist, as needed, with the entire store staff in the tyre portion of the store operation
