Description:
As a Mechanical Assembly Technician in our organization, you will play a vital role in the assembly, alignment, and setup of automated and robotic machines for industrial automation in the PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) and semi-conductor industry.
Your responsibilities will include interpreting assembly instructions, Autocad 2D, and Solidworks 3D drawings to ensure accurate and efficient assembly processes.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble, align, and set up automated and robotic machines used in industrial automation, with a focus on PCBA and semi-conductor applications.
- Ensure precision and accuracy in the assembly process to meet quality standards.
- Read and interpret assembly instructions, Autocad 2D, and Solidworks 3D drawings to guide the assembly process.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other equipment for the assembly, adjustment, and calibration of mechanical components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to assembly and alignment.
- Demonstrate a proactive and observant approach to learning.
