Responsibilities:

  • Recommend and contribute findings from equipment Criticality Ranking reviews.
  • Recommend and contribute findings from Failure Modes and Effects Consequence Analysis reviews.
  • Review and approve preventative maintenance routines based on Criticality Ranking, FMECA and manufacturers recommendations.
  • Review and approve 2-year operational spares requirements and stock holding for various equipment based on Criticality and FMECA.
  • Lead the development of maintenance contract services scope of work and repair standards.
  • Validate and expedite vendor equipment data.
  • Ensure tag numbers are accurately displayed on all documents, drawings, equipment lists.
  • Attend progress and interface meetings as required.
  • Validate equipment lists and instrument registers against P&ID’s
  • Provide input for KPI tracking for Operations Readiness
  • Ensure that any requested plant change is authorized and completed through the PLS Plant Change Request Process
